Gearing up for a crazy couple of weeks here in New Orleans, with Jazz Fest and graduations on the way. We are short staffed, as is everybody, so it should get interesting.

Dear restaurant customers:
We love you! You are why we are in business! But when you make a reservation and then don't show up, you are taking money out of our pockets. You hurt not only us, but other customers as well. We have to overbook because of no-shows, and on the rare occasions that everybody does show up, chaos ensues because we don't have enough tables and people end up waiting for hours. If everyone who couldn't make it called to let us know, we could book accordingly and everything would be happy and shiny and delightful.
