I got in my car this morning to go to work. I started the engine and put my coffee in the tray. I went to turn on my radio- but wait. My finger hit nothing but air.
Yup. Vinny got got.
But I wasn't as upset as you would think I'd get. I got the system for my ex anyway. So Betsy is going to get a makeover when I have enough saved. It was time anyway. I don't know whether to do that or get my truck. I don't know if I want to do monthly car payments again. Besides, Betsy has been good to me all these years, even if she does have asthma.
My hawaiian coworker asked if he could reproduce two of my drawings in my sketchbook in the print shop and have me sign them. WHA?!?!?! I felt like such a fucking rock-star!!! I seriously had to stop myself form hugging him like a giggly school girl. He liked my drawings that much- from my sketchbook no less! I hope thats a good sign of things to come.
So I had good and bad today. But the good won out. He-Man was fucking right. As long as there is good, evil shall never prevail!
This whole silver lining thingie is catchy. And much less stressful.
There's a system coming in, maybe we'll get a swell tomorrow. It would be nice.

I had a wonderfully relaxing weekend! Thank you for asking. I leave tomorrow for a one week vacation and I can't wait!
