I'm in that boat with you and I know everyday feels different. Just Tuesday in counseling I was crying my ass off. I haven't cried about it in days. But I cried like a baby and it was because I was angry.
Cut yourself some slack, give yourself a break. You are not going to be a bad father at all because you see your ex in your kids. That's biology. See the good parts of her in them and the best parts of you. That's all they are.
Give it time. I don't think I love Him anymore. He has made it easy not to. But I have to accept that he turned off his love for me. So I know how you feel. Don't expect yourself to bounce back form this. Feel everything fully and heal.

thanks for the friends thing and the kind words. I haven't got into lettering much. I kinda just stick to stencils and illustrations. I like graphic design, but want to take my skills a bit further in the next wee while..

I'm doing goog. I went to the junkyard today and pulled a rear axl out of a Rabbit for my friends Cabriolet. I also got much needed Porsche parts for my roomates 66 912.

I watched StarWars episode 1 today with my mom and my roomate. She hasn't seen the new episodes (1-3). I'm doing my best to keep her in touch with reality/fantasy.

Thanksgiving with Mom is always fun.
