Time for an update.

I went for my second school interview today and left feeling very good. I got a very positive vibe from it and hope to hear back from them soon.

I found out last Thursday that I didn't get into the first program I interviewed for. It felt vey crushing at the time and was a blow to my ego, but now, I think it may have been for the better. I think the program that I interviewed for today may be a better fit for me. And if not, it at least serves as a good coping mechanism for my rejection.

I have been seeing a new boy lately. We've been having a great time together so far. Too early to say much more.

Here are some pictures of my kids. The boy (the one sitting) recently scared the shit out of me. I put him at my computer desk when I had people over for the Super Bowl. Well, the next morning, I forgot about it. I turned the light on and saw this body at my desk. I jumped and spilled my coffee. After swearing and catching my breath, I had to laugh at myself.
