I'm still a bit emotionally drained from the break up, and physically drained from work hours en masse and the stomach ulcer, which is supposedly healing. Still no alchy or smoking until the end of the month. I love and still giggle about how the doctor worded it.
"So stay off smoking, alcohol, and spicy foods for about a month. Also, avoid stress."
I enjoy how he added the stress avoidance AFTER listing off the vices normally used to avoid or mask stressful circumstances. Such is life. I mean, at least he didn't say anything about avoiding sex right? Not that he had to given my recent relationship having come to an abrupt end. Maybe he felt that spoke for itself.
