Hope you guys have been well!
I've been so so busy since getting home from Hawaii and with this little puppy!
Last week I had @corwinprescott and his lovely wife Vaunt staying with me, we shot a bunch and did a little exploring around, it was lovely! They both even came climbing with me, once at our gym, and again outside! They were awesome!
Ghost is turning into quite the perfect crag dog! He runs around eating and chomping down bushes then comes back and checks on the group, then back off into the brush again!
It's pretty adorable to watch!
That aside I've been planning for my yearly Sierra trip. Trying to find a good 4 person 4 season tent is proving quite difficult (if any on has a tent suggestion, I'm all ears!!)
My climbing gym has also been doing a new 30 minute high intensity work out program, and it's been kicking my aaaassssss!! I've literally been in the most pathetic state of physical disrepair since it started 3 weeks ago. Hopefully that curve will pick up soon!
I was interviewed last weekend for a Vice like site called Frank151 for a funny little video short on strip club etiquette. It's kinda silly, but I think I was able to give at least one useful response! hah

I'm not sure how many of you guys have a Periscope account, but if you do, I've been streaming every Monday from 12:00-12:30! I've been doing some yoga and some Q&A throughout my stream, so you should definitely keep it in mind next Monday!
That aside I've mostly been taking pictures of ghost
(which you can see daily on his own instagram.. yes. I'm THAT person. @ghostblackbird )
And rock climbing!
And shooting a bit! But I'll save something for next time!
