I start a new workout regime next week. my body is starting to get use to this one so its time to change it up. More weights (woo hoo) and less cardio (super woo hoo) but more intense cardio (boo hoo)
I am looking forward to it.
I never thought I would be one of those people who looks forward to sweating and aching. but i do.

Aw, shit, girl. Where were you when I was building my deck and patio this summer? That was definitely "more weight" and "more intense cardio", and you could absolutely have looked forward to more sweating and aching.

(I'll bet you look a lot better all sweaty than I do, lol.)

Thank you, I know what I'm doing but I think I'm going into panic mode during quizzes which is pissing me off cuz I never did that before
