Saturday nights at work are pretty shit. There usually isn't a lot of money and the customers are shit. Why so shit?? two words. Bucks Nights. You get a group of guys, usually about 15 or so. Nice guys when they first come in. Polite, respectful. A few hours later they are groping anyone who comes within a 5 meter radius and using language that should only be meant for a navy boat. we get groups of drunk guys all the time, they usually don't bother me. i always say boys will be boys. but for some reason on bucks nights its like a competition for who can be the biggest dick head. They hardly ever spend any money. only on piss and if they do buy a lap dance its usually a fifteen minute for the buck, which they all chip in 5 or 10 bucks. then complain about the price. I feel sorry for the girls on Saturday night too. Luckily it was that busy at work there was none of the usual bull shit that the girls do.
I'm not working Saturday this week. I'm working Friday instead. Adam bucks night is on Saturday night. But they are not going to strip clubs. They are going camping over on Stradbroke Island for the night with about 6 guys. I don't mind that. they will be fishing and drinking piss. and god knows what else they can get up to over there. but at least they aren't going to night clubs. I don't mind them going out normally but something mysterious happens on bucks night that turns even the nicest man into a drooling, disrespectful bum.
