i spent this weekend in austin with a bachelorette party. i'll post photos as soon as my inbox receives them. it was fun. i... danced. i didn't get but a little bit tipsy which was appropriate. my lady tattoo got us all free drinks, so that was pretty rad.

today after class i'm going to addison to get my tree tattoo worked on. i'll post pictures once i get home. i'm putting my bff's handwriting in it which is exciting. it was hard to ask him, i was afraid he'd think it was weird. he didn't, of course. i underestimated him.

my birthday is on wednesday and i'll be spending it in willis library, writing a paper for my urbanization class. the evening though will be a lovely dinner. i get to pick, friend is cooking. what do you think: filet mignon or bacon grilled cheese? either way my tummy and palette will be happy.

i have one test this week and two next week.

oh, and on friday i'm going to austin again to get my lettuce elbow done. annie mess (!!) is doing it and i couldn't be more excited. i wish i didn't have to brave it alone, hopefully my mommy will come with me. she was surprised when i invited her, but it would mean a lot to me if she came. she doesn't really agree with my tattoos but she's a kick ass mom who is able to set that stuff aside.

my tummy rumbles. time to stretch, class at 11.
