Oh good luck, as you probable know I bought my first home a little over a year ago, it is one of the toughest and greatest things you will ever do, you have to fix everything on your own and all that stuff, but you can do what you want, you can make things look the way you want, it is yours so do what you like, and really renting is a waste of money, when you buy a house every dime put in the house either paying your mortgage or doing any work to the house will come back to you when you sale it and more likely will make you money, my house is already worth more then it was when I bought it because of some of the small projects I have done.

Go you, I hope you love the photo class, Im sure you will, what kind of instrument do you play and what kind of project is he wanting you to do with him? I want to get back to playing music some time in the next year!

i'm on there because it is the only way i can keep up with a lot of people, the people i went to college with and people i meet at events like ren fairs and steam punk expos!
