Getting old I think
Recently I've turned into a big fan of QI..... Stephen Fry is fucking awesome. I'm in hysterics all the time watching it.
I'm jogging a little bit every other day. Walking and riding bike to and from work. Skipping rope when watching QI!!!! And counting calories.....
Over the last few months there have been instances, events, inferences and comments that have made me ashamed of how I look.
It's not all about my ass, all of the exercise is also an excellent antidepressant.
I've walked an hour and been on the bike for half an hour. Enough for today. Just playing a spot of fetch with the k9 hoping my parrot isn't chewing my house up.
This in Australia in January..... I suspect I will need to fly
over east to see this.....
