I cut myself in a very inconvenient place to bandage:
I sliced right through the meat under my thumb, and of course I was cutting peppers, so I got a nice healthy dose of capsaicin in the cut and bled in my sauce. A typical day in the kitchen with Keri.
On the plus side, I'm making pasta sauce with roasted red peppers, garlic and tomatoes, and Indian flatbread topped with tomatoes, garlic, crumbled bacon and stilton cheese. Yum.
