its sad. i didnt eat dinner because i drank a gatorade and it was 200 calories...so i was like holy cow....thats a lot of calories for a drink i consumed in like ten minutes

good thing im not even hungry because i am sick...

im trying to be so good....exercising and eating healthy....

go me!

my muscles are sore but thats good news...means i am working!

Dont be to hard on your self, it can do more harm then good, you should eat, its really bad for you not to eat.

i read an article once that said you actually have to eat to lose weight, just make sure you eat right and exercise right. not eating actually gets your body used to retaining what it can.

but anywho good luck with the dieting. other then that good stuff, how have you been?
