Hello everyone ! 🍵

#spiritofsg is a new blog topic you may have seen around, it has been created by the staff to write nice things about other girls, because apparently they are always mean to each other and this makes the staff sad. They say it’s because of society’s pressure that girls are competing against each other (and definitely not because of the SG system of notation/ranking obviously). They want girls to feel special and included. They want respect on this site. (Just for your information, you get gifts packages or social media exposure if you write these blogs.)

This is a very spontaneous blog by the way, it’s kind of late here and my English is maybe weird, I apologize :D

So the other day a friend tags me in a post on Facebook to tell me I’ve been shared again on the official page, she is happy for me. But I’m not, I’m in fact kind of tired. This was a picture from my personal Instagram (never published to this site), with a promotional link to pay for memberships, as always. « Here is a picture of Vehera, now give us your money ». That’s totally cool if I get to see a bit of this money as well, don’t you think ? I mean they make money with my personal selfies 🧐 I’m writing this especially cause I saw several girls complain about this already. So I posted a little comment to share my feelings. It got quite a liking, I guess people agreed with me. But magically my comment and my picture disappeared 🔮 I was expecting it, so whatever. But then I got an e-mail from the staff and it pissed me off. So here is my original comment (I don’t know how many people liked it in the end btw, i took this screenshot a little while ago)

The e-mail said they deleted it because they couldn’t find my fanpage, they apologized and told me I won’t be posted again so no worries.

That’s cool. Not disrespectful at all to miss the point entirely on purpose. (I’m not hating on you M. you are just doing your job ^^) But just so you know this kind of vague e-mail missing the point, ending with apologies and compliments is always what you get when you point out a problem to them. I think it’s unacceptable not to get any clear communication with anyone here. Just so you guys know, for example they said they couldn’t delete (at the girl’s request) a set in the queue that was uploaded by her photographer without her consent (way to go 👍)

These kind of e-mails and stuff are shared privately because everyone needs money, everyone is scared to speak up, I understand them completely. Some girls have been archived for speaking their mind so... I get it. I have tons of stories but don’t want to implicate anyone.

My main point being : I get ton of support and respect from girls, no problem, the sisterhood is there. But like where is the support and the respect from the staff ? Tons of girls leave all the time because of it. Nobody even really knows the real way they choose SOTDs, there is no real information and communication, just massive speculation among the girls since forever. That’s just plain sad.

PS : i was a paying member for years, i shot for fun (and somehow made it official), I don’t have a fanpage, so it’s not about greed or bitterness 💕 I’m just taking a stand for all of us and for a more transparent system (not a thing is fair in this world anyway so I don’t ask for this much ^^), if you disagree it’s fine by me, no need to comment to make yourself likeable to the staff, that’s boring. I know a lot of you won’t like this blog by fear of consequences , that’s fine by me, love you no less, wish you a lot of SOTDs 💕
