Have you ever had a nice surprise?

We played a gig last night and the gig was ok. The sound on stage wasn't the best but we had fun...rather sweaty and friction burns on my wrist. However, someone travelled really far to see us play and I for one didn't expect that so it was the nicest surprise ever
