When I was a police officer in Singapore, I requested and was approved assignment to the SOC or Special operations Command. Part of their range of duties was riot control. I have fired those weapons used against protestors. I didn't need a warning written on the side of the casing to tell me what it could do to a person. I have HEARD and SEEN them and fired them. They are supposed to be aimed at legs ONLY and ONLY after they bounce off the ground first at the feet of the protestors.
