meanwhile, I feel a little under the weather and took a nap as soon as I got back from work. For dinner, it will be raw brown rice, 'daging seronding' (a malay version of beef jerky but in thin strings with lots of spices and an exotic taste) and my own special home brew curry sauce.
I have actually never made my own curry sauce, so I made it yesterday and just threw together what seemed to 'feel' right. Here's the recipe: Sour Cream, a little milk (or rice milk/soya milk will work too), chicken stock...just a 1/4 to 1/3 of a cube, pinch of salt, curry powder, tamarind sauce, some chilli sauce, pepper corns. Allow to warm on lowest setting on stove, you don't want it to boil, just get warm so everything dissolves nicel together. Works really well with beef or chicken in Rice or Cous Cous. Yesterday I had garlic in there, but today I don't have any so I didn't. Feel free to modify recipe and enjoy.

Did you ever see the special where a vortex sucks all the doctors into the forbidden zone? All the old enemies all the doctors, a lot of the companians and the quest for immortality! That was a good one.
