Thank you so much for all the support, comments and love. They really made me smile, and made what was incredibly daunting and nerve racking into something fun and amazing.

I start instructing again tonight for Kung Fu. This is my first time back instructing since my injury. I am not completely healed up, but I have been advised I need to get back into the swing of things to strengthen up my knee. As for my own training, I will only be back at Fu in Feb 
Don't know if I am scared or excited 
On the plus side, I get to train again 
Also, going to give Tai Chi a go this year to help with posture and strengthening of my joints. No repeat injuries!
