So here is a little bit of information about the inevitable cycle of life breaking down into its most harsh components again. Just when you thought things were going well..... something comes along to makes the world crash again.
My sister returned from 1.5 years at a mental hospital recently. She seemed to be doing pretty well at first with her medications and case management.
She then stole my father's credit card, bought about 1k worth of stuff and now is back to excessive drinking and drugs again.
So...basically the situation is pretty bad. As a family we want so badly for her to progress into something positive, but it appears she is headed down another long, dark road.
It's hard to see her like this. It can get worse. I just hope it doesn't.
