So after talking with my mom on the phone this morning, it looks like I will be learning the ropes of how to do Thanksgiving this year... and I am kinda psyched about it It also means I will have some control over how the bird gets cooked too, and I am so freaking brining that bird Alton Brown style.. Damn skippy!!



Basically mom thought this year would be a good time to teach me how to run things on Turkey Day because my stepdad will most likely be working, and I think she wants me to be able to take over with things.. Which I am perfectly fine with (Well now I am at least, check back with me at about noon on Thanksgiving and we'll see if I'm still so excited about it ) Just in case I don't catch you before the big day, Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!
