So today, didn't begin via standard operating procedures. At 5.36am I was woken up by a slight niggle in my calf. Seconds later pain came for a visit in the form of a cramp. Didn't drink enough water after soccer last night. Parker wasn't impressed. She was wondering why I had woken her up and wasn't laying still. She will get me back when she...

SGAU National hookup..... please read it!

So, the bike is built and was given its first run on the weekend thru the Otway Ranges just outside Forrest. The result. It handles fantastically. My ability to ride it was slightly less than fantastic. I fell off six times... or there abouts. Lost count after 20 odd k's. What caused the falls? My inability to unclip from the pedals. So every fall was...

Funny you should mention the tatooing to get through things. About a month ago wen my ex-wife and I broke the news to my children that they were moving to San Francisco (I'm in San Diego, about a 8-10 hour drive away...) I went to get some ink on my leg. The pain was my release. It hurt so bad inside I figured I might as well hurt outside as well.
And I hated my clipped pedals when I first got them. The clips were too tight the first time I rode with them and I couldn't get my feet out in time... Fell over at a Stop sign in full view of about 10 people who stared at me like I was an idiot.

So, more work on the back yesterday. Coming together nicely. Pics next time.
My mums attitude to tattoos is changing. As long as I can remember she hated them and didn't know about my ribs or back until a month ago. Now she knows, she is always asking on the progress. Had a family get together today and she made me show everyone. Surprised a...

My god I love Jamis bikes... 1.8kgs?? That's just sick.
marginwalker2002:
S'okay. Things are rough, but I'll get through it.
It ives me a reason to get my bike back in sape though and go hit trails to 'find myself'. That and some abrasions.

Crap, crap, crap,
Finding out that doing your tax return on the last night is not the way to go.
Where the hell is my group certificate?

Does it get any better?
Catching up with your best mate, did I just use the word mate, whom is here from London for a week.
Chilli Prawns and a 25 minute walk home listening to Nirvana,
Oh, I forgot the beer which has kicked me in the ass.
I am not somber, nor sober.
Life is good, and three cheers for spell checking.

How is your tatoo coming along?
euphoric_hell:
It's not too bad. The only thing that is frustrating is that I have to work so much. If it weren't for that I wouldn't mind being with my son all the time. I just wish there were more time in the day as I work 12 hour days. Doesn't leave much time.
mmm. Starts off as slackness, and then it becomes a habit. It's easier not too.
Now I just need to work out what has been happening.

woah. It's been a month. Looks like I have entered a world of slackness, or non note worthy.
More the later.
Another one of of neighbours has decided to move. That makes three in the past six weeks.
Sure it isn't me.

How are things in your world? Besides scaring your neighbors away?
Did you finally get your tatoo finished?

euphoric_hell:
10 more days till your monthly update eh.
The way work has been over the last couple of weeks it feels a little strange that I am home on a Saturday with nothing to do. My time is my own and it is time to lay on the couch and watch the World Cup
