Had a fantastic weekend. Pain was involved.
All had to do with mountain bike riding with a couple of friends at Lysterfield lake.

Need to be careful. They are evil. I don't care how cute they appear to be. With eyes like that, they must be evil.
Oh, they are wild kangaroos. Managed to get with 7m of some of them.
I wasn't the only one in pain. Check out Matt's knee.
As you can see, what looked like a good idea at the time resulted in me going over the handle bars and crashing to the ground in a heap. Lost skin off my knee, Grazed my elbow, shoulder and palms. Also have a bruise above my right kidney.
So all in all, I can say it was brilliant. Will be going back in a couple of weeks for another crack. So many more trails to leave my DNA on.
