Mellow Monday
Monday, I went into Holy Mother Tattoo to see about getting my tattoo done and ended up setting the appointment for today. I really can't afford it right now, but it has to be done. Daniel's been dead for nearly a year now, and I've finally found someone who will mix his ashes in the ink. I've always been something of a procrastinator, but this is something I won't let wait any longer than I absolutely have to.
Other than that, the only notable things about yesterday were buying the third Invader Zim DVD and babysitting for Mari while she was at work. I didn't even do anything noteworthy after Mari picked the wee one up. I'd meant to go to Elmyr or something to have a few brews on my night off, but instead I ended up going to bed before midnight.

Wow I never even thought of mixing ashes with ink. What an honor. I am sorry for your loss. I am lucky enough to have a son who gets visits from passed souls. It has made death easier to face for us.
