Dark Dan and Florida Plans
I'm going to make a quick entry since Wyspurris being reluctant to crawl out of bed. Plans for today...lunch with katfireblade, dinner with holierthancow and Shannon, and a little spoil myself for Father's Day shopping. I feel a little weird about eating two hours before having dinner with holierthancow and Shannon, but it's probably for the best since my stomach tends to turn into a black hole when tacos are involved.
Dark Dan may be getting his job back at Dark Horse. All he has to do is show proof that he was in an accident. I really hope he does...I'd love to give up some of my hours to him and I need him to cover for me so I can go to Florida for a week with Wyspurr and the kids to visit my mom and see Lita and Brenda. Not to mention Little Kendra will likely meet up with us at some point. We've got this big vacation planned and it will get all fuckered up if I can't get any time off work.
I'm really looking forward to this vacation. I'd rather quit my job than miss out on it. While Florida isn't very high on my list of places I'd want to go for a week, it's still a vacation away from home and I desperately need to get away for a while. Not because things are bad here or anything. Just because I've been feeling some serious wanderlust. It will be fantastic. I'll have to buy another gig memory card for my camera for all the pictures I'm sure to take.
Current Weight: 200lbs. Dropped two pounds since Wednesday. So I'm back on track with my attempts to lose weight.
