Dark Horse Training, Fourth Night
Tonight was strenuous, but good. Business was pretty steady but not overwhelming so I feel like I learned a lot. I also had a lot of fun. Dark Jason, Dark Dan, and Dark Mike were all working the kitchen with me so it was a bit crowded but it made for great banter. Dark Kelly and Dark Allison were both serving, as was another girl I was meeting for the first time, Dark Lindsey. Dark Lindsey, however, never spoke to me at all so I don't know what she's like. I understand that she was really busy the whole night, so I'm not going to hold it against her.
As I grow more comfortable with the job, I love it all the more. Despite the slow spots, it's not easy and the time goes really slow because of all the lulls, but I enjoy the work enviroment so much. Most of the people I work with are fun, all...and I do mean all...the girls I've seen working there so far are seriously hot, and except for in rushes things are pretty laid back.
In other news, things are shaping up nicely for my party. Everything is a go with having the party at Onie and TheOcean's place. Most of the invites are out and already I've gotten RSVPs from some special people, including Little Kendra who is also going to be visiting me this weekend. It's going to be great, I know it. As long as something doesn't pull the rug out from under the whole endeavor, I am confident that this will definitely be an awesome event.
Anyway, I need to get some sleep before Little Kendra gets here. I have to hang out with her, work, go to the party at the House of Yes, then she's going to come back again Sunday, which will be my day off. This weekend has the potential to seriously rule.
