Shit, Both Literal And Metaphorical
Okay, my body is unhappy with me and I can't honestly say I blame it. I've consumed nothing but chips, salsa, and C2 all day long so I have no right to be surprised when on my way to join my wife in bed I have the sudden need to detour to the bathroom for a very unpleasant bowel emptying experience. However, that wasn't nearly as fatal to my amorous mood as cuddling up with m'lady and having our usual pre-lovemaking open with her questioning if she's good for me. Oi. She's been acting really insecure the past couple of days. I hope I was able to make her see that she has no reason to be.
So, I had something I wanted to rant about but now I can't remember for the life of me what it was. I need to make notes for myself. I'm pretty sure it was nothing too important, but I know I was looking forward to spouting off about it.
On the otherhand, shortly after I got back on the computer I got messaged by geckogirl and that would have thrown me off my rant anyway. It was good hearing from her all the way from the other coast. I'm glad she's coming back soon.
A bit of good news. Roth & Earl was finally added to the Comic Nation database. That would please me a lot more, though, if they hadn't been so backed up on strips to add to the database that we were added with several dozen other strips so we're not likely to get the same influx of new people checking us out as we would have if it was only us being added. Still, it's better that we're just a face in the crowd than not being in there at all.
