I think it may be time for the Arcane household to relocate. I've had it with being screwed by our landlord two years running. I've had it with Mark not having a room of his own. I've had it with the endless stream of maintenance issues in this apartment.
The only trouble is that it's going to be hard finding a 3+ bedroom place for under a grand a month in Little Five Points and we absolutely love this neighborhood. The elementary school alone is work making every effort to stay in the district. I just don't know how doable that is, especially since we don't have good credit or much income. *sigh* I hate home hunting even more than job hunting.
