I have a similiar "Disorder" sir, whenever I am feeling sad or really let down, I just go out and buy things. Even if I don't really want it that bad. (bare in mind its usually stuff I've had my eye on for a long time I just can't really afford it) I also like to give myself little rewards for doing things I said I was gonna do.
