Well I found out that I'm not insane when I went to take an eight hour psych exam two days ago, but I do have quite a few personality disorders. Which I'm starting a weekly group psych treatment program next week to gain control over them. Yay more time for someone to probe my inner thoughts which should be left alone as far as I'm concerned. blackeyed

Wow, eight hours is a long time to have your brain picked apart. I hope the sessions go well. I find that relaxing into these kinds of things is helpful, even though it's really hard at first.

I have been doing pretty well. Had a birthday, feel old for the first time now. Moved. Started a new job. Getting ready for another craft show. How about you?
