Um... Guess what. I'm unemployed again. I worked a trial period at the new place and found it lacking in job security, and really erratic hours. I ended up building PCs and tweaking Apple Macs, just like at my last place. Shook hands and ended it on friday. I've got some more interviews from 'el casa de trabajo' today. I've posted off another rotten batch.
So, how are all my lovely people? Well I hope? These short days are certainly flying by, job or no job, aren't they? Oh God (ear peircing shriek), It'll soon be Christmas!!!!
I'm off to Barrow (in Furness) on Friday to see 'the girl who turns me to mush' tm. They live on Walney Island, of all places. Apparently, they're making a definite effort on my part, to take me to Barrow's happening nightspot. SINGULAR
Probably meeting with the 15 other regular's who put on some sort of Rock/Alt night. Should be interesting. Got to be on my best behavior, though. I wouldn't want to embarrass myself in front of aforementioned girl. Not again, at least! 
The film night wasn't bad. Headed into town to see Master and Commander. Twas a spectacular looking film, but not really my thing. Strangely, they changed the 'baddies' in the book from being an American ship to a French one. I wonder why??

Not really much to report, other than, I got my invite to the Goldblade gig, which is on Thursday to find the SUPERB Hyperjax are on as support. I can't flimmin' wait. Should be a night to make up for a steady stream of bitter disappointments...
I can't think of much else to write about, so I think I'll get off and play my new budget game I bought for 2.99. Blade of Darkness... The most violent sword combat game I have ever seen! Ouch! Maybe I can pretend some people I briefly worked for are the hideous trolls in the game? I think on that note, I'll tear off some limbs (and play my game! Bwahaha..
).

I don't know if you've ever played or heard about a really old game called "Barbarian" on the Amstrad CPC6128 and Spectrum (yes, THAT old). I've got very fond memories of that particular game because I think it was the first ever where you could decapitate your opponent. So I did decapitate all my friends, which was always highly satisfying
And finally, my project is running - slowly - because I am a lazy fuck, no need to pretend anything else
