You went because it provided the perfect excuse for one more emotional lashing. We can be such emotional masochists when it comes to matters of the heart.

Advice for you...even if I had any you couldn't heed it at this moment. All I can say is take refuge when and where you can...long rides through powder...and when you sink, wallow in it for a while...until you're ready to live again.
