I know I've posted a LOT today! But this blog homework topic is something I need to gush about!!!
I have always been on the sinister side in a lot of my beliefs, at least in regards to what I was taught growing up in a mainly Christian family!!! I have always loved black cats and witches, had an insane fascination with everything that was apparently bad luck!! One of those things being Friday the 13th!! So when I saw that this weeks homework was how you felt about it I had to share!!
I have always had the greatest luck in October! Maybe it's something in the air that changes my mindset, or maybe it's the planets aligning just for me! I'm not too picky on which it is!!
This year, as always, October has been a busy, but lucky month!! The week of the 13th I won 20$ on a scratch ticket, had s semi successful date, and, most importantly, I won a special invitation to an event!!! Okay...I didn't "win" but somoeone dropped out and I got their spot!!! Hooray!!!
It was a very special Friday the 13th party at a super amazing spa in my area!!! I had soooo much fun and got so much free stuff!! I even got to THROW AN AXE!!!! That's a thing here, apparently! This guy came in and taught us how to throw them, and on my very first try I got it to stick in the wood!!! I was so proud!!! I only got it the one time so it was *dun-dun-dun* BEGINNERS LUCK!!!!!
My amazing Halloween dress also happened to arrive the day before the event, so seriously, I do not think that the 13th is unlucky at all, intact, I wish it happened every year!!!! 🦇❤️❤️
