Today I decided to do a little blog homework!! Today's topic is "how did you pick your username?"
My actual name is Valerie, which is a pretty cool name in itself, but about 7 years ago at a party everyone started calling me Valhallah and it totally stuck!! Mostly because how do you pass up such an amazing nickname!!!
So when making my profile I knew that I would use Valhallah as I do for all other social media sites, but coming up with a cute "last name" was a little harder!! I decided to use the last name of one of my favourite authors, Roald Dahl! He is the master of charmingly creepy short stories! When I went back to school to finish up my high school credits, I needed an English credit, and was lucky enough to have a teacher who appreciated his works even more than I do!! Needless to say I love that teacher and she will always hold a high place in my heart for all the amazing stories we shared and read together!!
So that's how I picked my username!! Not the most exciting explanation, but I really like the name I Chose!!
