Hey there.
I need some advice!!! I'm going through a breakup that should be easy to get over as it wasn't much of a relationship, but for some reason I am having the absolute hardest time getting over this.
Can you give me your best breakup coping technique?? I have tried just about everything, including writing down how I feel and have had too many hot showers!! Maybe someone here has some advice I have over looked?? Please help me get this out of my head!!!

@lo_ yes!!! I'm so thankful to have SG to keep me occupied haha! I decided yesterday to actually start a journal too which seems to be helpful for venting frustration!! Maybe crafts tomorrow!!
