Two days in a row I have made pasta for dinner! Yesterday was a bacon and broccoli alfredo and today is a straight tomato and beef casserole with soooo much cheese!!
I went a little overboard today and actually made so much that after filling a small turkey pan to bake, I still have an 8x11 pan filled with pasta for the freezer!!!

Spaghetti bolognese, but only with my own homemade sauce.

i love all types of pasta, my favorite is fresh rigatoni in either a tomato basil sauce or vodka sauce
