Right now im talking about Peter Jackson's creation : trilogies of The Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit.
If someone ever will ask me about favorite movie my answer will definitely be LOTR.
I still remember when i saw this epic movie first time. I was 10 years old and my parents brought me form their another business trip that video tape. DVD at that time was something very far and strange sounding thing. And so, they brought that VHS tape with horrible video and translation quality film and it started.....
My greatest journey to the world of hobbits, elves , dwarfes , orcs and ents.
I watched that cassette so many ties, that in some episodes it really scuffed, or better say demagnetized XD. I knew every moment of movie by heart and could quote any moment of film. Same happened when parentы brought second part of this epic drama. I still remember how my mother once said that if ill watch so many times LOTR my kids will have pointed ears like my favorite Legolas (oh i wish that was truth!)
But...the time had passed... Frodo's journey finished 11 years ago and in this December Bilbo's will also get to its happy ending . And that really makes me happy and sad in one moment. A lot of loyal fans of J.R.R. Tolkiens fans can say, that Jackson's movies arent opening full deepness of Tolkiens world, but Peter slightly opened curtain to this world nd gave us chance to enjoy flawless landscapes of Shire, amazing beauty of Rivendell and grotesquely beauty on its own way Mordor. He could capture the atmosphere of hobbits fete, show us how tragic was Boromir's error ( i really cried at the moment when Fellowship separated , and Aragorn with Legolas and Gimli were passing in last way Boromir) . He showed how peaceful were Bilbo's life, before he accepted proposition of journey. How fun can be 13 dwarfs in one place and moment. And how friendship and inner courage are helping to go thru any problems in our life.
This year great journeys of two hobbits will end there, where they started. But our journey into the world of fantasy will still go its way and who cnows, whre it will bring us..
