congrats on your decision to eat healthier, you'll feel all the better for it. quitting soda is hard, one thing that might make it easier for you is to consume carbonated water like pellegrino, or i think crystal geyeser makes some flavoured ones that are like raspberry, orange, or lime, but they aren't sweetened.
i have to be honest i don't know about "diet" Green tea. probs would be fine to drink any sort of tea. also why fat free milk? milk isn't my thing but when i do drink it it's always whole, and organic.

tonight I watched Defiance, I was curious as to how the show was going to tie in with the console based MMO since I picked the game up. And while more of that remains to be seen I really think the show has a lot of promise. Anyone else watch it, any thoughts on it?

I saw the encore pilot and was pleasantly surprised by the story and graphics but Rafe's character did grate on my nerves at his over-acted "must get revenge no matter what" vendetta. I rolled my eyes with an "Oh come on!" every time he did something.
