Gah im still sick with the flu. Not cool ! 
This week has been pretty fucking hectic, working fulltime and then trying to complete two essays...thank god i got them done and submitted, big weight off the shoulders.
Xmas is soo soon, ive nearly finished my shopping, town is mad, for a small place there seems to be an awful lot of people, maybe they all come out at xmas..

All goes well up here, weathers getting better, just finnished a 160k cycle race, have put my name down for a100k 'sprint' so guess the budgy smugglers will get another outing
