Thank you everyone for your kind words and messages in response to my last post, i really do have some amazing friends!
Right now im terrified, i got a smear done the other week and was told they would text me if there was anything wrong, you guessed, i got a text this afternoon asking me to ring the clinic at a particular time, im scared..
Edit: so im not dying yet, havent even got the results i was expecting back from the smear, all the phone call entailed was them telling me id developed some sort of condition down there which is generally caused by an illness that lowers your immune system...well that makes sense doesnt it..

Thing is, they don't call if it's fine, so you just have to gradually forget you had the test done until next year. Perhaps NZ has a more civilized system. Wouldn't that be novel!
