Hola bitches.
er im really frustrated about my weight right now, i know i have gained weight in the last few months, and im not happy. I know in reality im not fat, but god i still feel that way, i feel so uncomfortable.
So now i have this new worry to contemplate..my boyfriends ex is apparently trying to lose weight to be as thin as me. Shes tiny, i thought i was much bigger than her, but god now it feels like imin competition with her to see who can be the smallest. God its stupid, my head is so stupid at times. So of course ive restricted today, and took a couple of laxatives last night. Damn it all.
My moods have been so good the last week though, like i dont actually feel depressed as such anymore, which is such a nice relief. I have dropped my dosage of anti-depressant by 20mgs, and being off those sleeping pills too has just done me wonders.

Two of my best friends are down from university tomorrow, so im quite excited about that
