I have an itchy tongue, which is quite unusual i believe, and im so sleepy.
Didnt go out last night, because i was exhausted, so spent the night with my boyfriend on the sofa watching movies and eating. Was a good night apart from the food, which was great at the time, but a source of anxiety a few hours later.
But its okay, i didnt wake up as big as an elephant, sometimes i think i will, crazy-yes.

Im going to watch my brothers band tonight, i love going out and supporting him, and the boys are so much fun to be around, and the music always lifts my spirits sky high!

So im feeling more positive, if not tired, but i know i have the ability to be okay, because i am okay, i am still alive, i have survived a serious eating disorder, i mean i still struggle indefinately, but i am still alive, i never gived up on life, and for me thats a big sign, a sign i really can do whatever i put my mind too, as i have proved so many times over the years. Its time for me to recgonize and use the strength i have.
