It's hard to kick that thought and thinking, there are tons of people that hate things about themself they can only see and others can't, and hearing the simple, "you look great the way you are", never changes the thought, I know that.
But really you should not just think about it in looks but in health as well. Read more info on the BAD and that should help get thoughts your mind is thinking are good to start re-wiring.
