utopiate

I tend to draw myself quite a bit. Not because I have an inflated ego or anything... (far from it...) but I just have a lack of anyone else to draw. Sometimes I'll do the whole sitting in a coffee shop and quitely doodle out people just to get a better handle on life drawing but it would be nice to have more people to draw. I'm tired of always looking at myself.

Hmmm.

Today is a very lazy day off work. I rented Treasure Planet (because I'm a die hard fan of anything animated...) and I figure I'll hole myself away inside my apartment and just work a bit. Maybe take a dip in the pool or something because it's hotter then hell outside.

I've also got some new books to read that have been sitting on my desk for like a frigging week.

X-men 2 comes out tomorrow and then all will be right in the world. I'm forced to see it alone because no one else is crazy enough to go with me at the first showing but...bah. What do they know?
