went to a birthday party last night for my friend edie's fortieth, i'm so glad she invited me. she's confined to a wheel chair and comes to eat at my restaurant twice a week, and always requests my service. it's so nice that her family threw her a slammin party. i got pretty toasty on the wine.

gave lacey a call later and talked for two hours. haven't done that in a while. usually on the phone i'm like, "ok, ok, ok, bye!" i get to work with her this evening, she's such a cutie!
