Well hello world. See look. I'm here! Hehe. Okay, mostly because I have internet that's been working for longer than just a couple minutes. Way cool! Thought I'd say hello.

So I found out today that our call centre's call volume was roughly 1100% of normal. LOL. No wonder I'm working 12 hour (sometimes 12+ hour) shifts for at least the next two weeks, and possibly longer. Today, our rate of call abandonment (calls that disconnect before getting to a representitive) was just about equal to a normal days call volume. That's just... Not fun! =D But thanks to some simple and kind words from just a few people here, my day had improved.

I'm looking forward to getting a cheque in about three weeks with what will be roughly 60 hours of over-time (so far, can't wait til the new schedule post!), paid at time and one-half. Ooooohhhhhhh yaaaahhhhh. Hehehehe. I promise, I won't let it get to my head. If I could take time off work, I'd use that to come to visit the UK, and maybe a quick trip to the local EZ Take Out hamburger stand. Heh. I'll send photos later. I LOVE the EZ Burger.

Anyway, it's late, and I'm 7-7 tomorrow so I'm off to bed. Goodnight all!
