Hello everyone!

Hope you're all having a fantastic week. So/so for me. I spent two hours last night at the local fitness club with my flatmate doing things I was not designed to do... like... work out. Hehe. Na, seriously, it was awesome. I feel great. Even if I can't move my arms past chest-height, I'm feeling good. I think I'll work on getting a pass to go more. And I think, since I have my mate there, we can manage to keep to it. I've even started cutting some nasty shite out of my diet without thinking about it. Yay me! Heh.

This Saturday, I get to help a female mate of mine move. She's got some tough times and I know how hard things are for her. Sux really. It's one of those days where we'll move, and I'll treat a yummy dinner and hope to keep her spirits up. I hate seein' people down. Everyone should be happy. Yah.... one day aye? Heh.

I think I'm going to fix my motorbike, or buy a new one. A journal I read (the lovely Taban) reminded me I have my M1 Motorbike classification on my drivers license so I think I'll renew with it and start back on my two-wheels. Cheaper for gas and I can avoid traffic. Heh. Should be worth it.

Anyway, I'm gonna go snack on some popcorn and watch a picture. Maybe Captain Ron tonight. I like that movie. I will talk with you all later! Have a wonderful night.
