Welcome to a brand new day huh? It's Thursday and the fun begins.
I was out all night shopping. I know, weird for me. I cruised around Cost Plus and the Ontario Mills, the Montclair Plaza and several small fabric stores. Finally ending up at Wal-Mart with my flat-mate Joe. I've been slowly finishing my room decorations since I've moved into my new place about two months ago.
It's a one bedroom with a den, but the den has a closet and a door so... technically I guess it's a two bedroom. *Shrug* I've done a total Japanese theme in my room with one white and three green walls. I've done all the trim in black, and kept the decor to black as well. The furniture is all low and simple. It's nearly empty except for some misc. items and my TV. I'm trying to really keep to my theme and stay simple.
Anyway, I finally got some black curtains today, and dark brown blinds that should keep the light out pretty well. I'm happy about that. I stated to paint the inside of my door today, which was the last thing on my list because it was such a huge project. And it is coming nice. I should be able to put one more coat on it tomorrow and be done. Yay! All done at last. Okay, not really. I also wanna find some Katana blades to, yes this is bad, hang over the bed for a cool effect. Smart move in earthquake zone So Cal huh?
Oh oh oh! Before I forget. My biggest moment. For two months I've been living with channels 9, 11, and 13. If it was cold out or humid, I'd get channel 7 too. I don't know what's up with that. Anyway, today, I ran some cable for the tele from only outlet in the living room, under the carpet, through the cabnits in the galley, and through the wall into my bedroom. *Sigh* Real television at last.
Well, I've gotta be up for work in three hours so, I'm going to bed. Have a good night everyone!
