spaghetti. mixed with diced caramelized sweet onion, sauteed garlic, grated parm, basil and oregano, all of which were sauteed in a mixture of bacon and chicken fat for flavor.

oven roasted chicken.
i roast it upside-down, then flip it halfway through so the bottom doesn't get soggy. but the lady likes extra crispy skin so this is a test for next week.
