So my like best female friend for many years had an abortion and is having trouble dealing with it. Anyone got any advice for her?

so after over a year of hobling around on a bad left knee I went to the Doc yesterday.
Torn meniscus
I have an MRI to confirm this on the 7th of December and then will probably go to see an orthopediest.
Then the orthopediest will probably scope my knee. Good thing is apparently I can be walking without crutches not too long after the procedure and it is outpatient.
Then I will probably get some physical therapy out of it....wow that can sound kinda dirty if you think like me.
So hopefully I will be able to really do some working out after all this is fixed. The knee has hampered my attempts over the last year. Also I will hopefully have time to get back in shape somewhat to play soccer in the U-40 league here in RVA in the spring!! GUT BE GONE WITH YOU!!
