Troubles over, for the most part. Both parties satisfied and absolved of blame, I believe. biggrin

Right now I'm trying to get out of work tonight-- not an easy task, since the other employees hate the job as much as I do!

Tomorrow I leave for my hometown, where I will join my family and my soon-to-be step-family for a 10-day vacation in the Western parts of the US.
